âIâve mentioned a number of things that have happened in the Navy since the â60s. We went to teletype, we went to fast teletype over satellite â we got much more bandwidth over satellite. Weâve got data links. There are a lot of other things that I havenât mentioned that have been going on. We use video teleconferencing, we use email, we use a new data link that canât be jammed, we are using frequency-hopping radios as well as secure radios. So, there are a whole lot of capabilities that have come along.â
