This photograph includes notable Royal Naval School of Music band members such as 'Naval Lives' subject A C Green, later Assistant Musical Director of the Royal Naval School of Music, S. Fairfield, later Musical Director and W.E Faithful, the first RNSM Band Boy to be commissioned. A C Green played Double Bass and Bombardon Bass when he was ranked Musician with the Royal Marine Band Service.
